All GMC apparel is custom built to order and made just for you.
Because of that, returns are limited to the rare case where something doesn’t meet our standards.

What We’ll Make Right

• You received the wrong size or style (different from your order confirmation)
  
• There’s a flaw in production or embroidery
• Requests made more than 7 days after delivery

What We Can’t Accept

• Custom items ordered in the correct size, but no longer needed
• Anything worn, washed, or altered
• Returns requested more than 7 days after delivery

Something not up to spec?

1. Email gmc@mediaincite.com with your order number, photos, and what went wrong
2. We’ll review it within 1-2 business days
3. If approved, we’ll replace your item

We stand behind what we make. If there’s a problem, we’ll fix it.
